3. User Eligibility

11. Termination

11.1 By You

Cancel your subscription anytime via ThriveCart. Access ends at the current period's conclusion.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

You violate these Terms
Payment fails or subscription expires
We suspect fraudulent activity
Required by law or legal process

11.3 Effects of Termination

Immediate loss of Service access
Deletion of account data after 90 days (unless legally required to retain)
No refunds for unused subscription time
